We do get all four seasons here in North Carolina . . . so I am thrilled for Spring to be just a couple of weeks away! As a matter of fact, Daylight Saving Time begins on Sunday . . . so be sure to "Spring Forward" your clocks an hour before you go to bed on Saturday night. 

"Goin' Green:" I have a goal to "go green" with my monthly newsletter and I need your help! On May 1st, postage is going up to 44 cents (when we started our newsletter 11 years ago, postage was only 32 cents). For the past seven years, approximately 650 people have been receiving my newsletter by email, and another 350 newsletters have been sent by regular US Mail. (Guess what category you fall into!)

Real Estate News: "Tell me something good" is the new saying at our office . . . and good news I have for you. We are seeing increased buyer activity in our market. Homes are beginning to go under contract -- especially those properties under $300,000. So far, so good -- for the beginning of the 2009 spring market.
