Pinebluff Real Estate
Located along Highway 1 in the southern part of Moore County, Pinebluff is home to about 1,100 residents. The town was established in the late 19th century by John T. Patrick, who also founded Southern Pines, as part of an effort to turn the Sandhills region into a winter resort area.
While towns such as nearby Pinehurst became a well-known resort, Pinebluff has grown into a primarily residential community. The town features tree-lined streets, a mix of older and newer homes, and historic buildings, including two original churches. The ecologically diverse Pinebluff Lake offers a number of recreational opportunities.
